 Hi, I’m Holli, a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach and the creator of The Self-Forgiveness Reset.

 

For years, I carried my own quiet weight of guilt and self-judgment. I tried to move forward by pushing harder, achieving more, and pretending I was fine… but deep down, I still felt stuck in the same cycle of self-criticism.

 

Everything began to change when I started approaching myself with compassion instead of control. What I discovered through my own healing became the foundation for this course, a space where others can begin to release the past and rebuild a kinder relationship with themselves.
