What Consumes Your Thoughts?
May 13, 2022Our subconscious does not speak in negatives. Have you heard the example of don’t think of a pink elephant? Chances are right now, you are thinking of a pink elephant where moments ago, that was the farthest from your mind.
If you continue to try not to think of something you don’t want, it is all consuming. Instead, think of what you do want. Ask yourself what you need to do to make things happen. What are the possibilities?
If you think you can’t have something, you likely won’t have it. When we focus on limitations, we aren’t even aware of the possibilities. Limitations hold us back.
If you ask yourself "what do I need to do?", your brain will start answering that question. When we choose to focus on our potential and positive attributes, we will naturally progress in finding solutions and opportunities.
Allow your mind to embrace all of your accomplishments and potential. Don't let negative thoughts hold you back from the good things you deserve.
